Well seeing as I'm a married man now and own a four-door family car it only stands to reason that I should go the next step and get a house. So, on the 30th of this month, my wife and I will be closing on our first home. Aside from the fact that we're paying way to much damned money for a house (IMHO) I can't complain much. I'm trying to convince the woman right now that we have no need for a dining room and instead should simply put a pool table there. I'm also toying with the idea of installing my own bar so I can have some decent beer on tap for a change. If anyone has experience with this drop me a PM as I've a few questions for you. Those are a waste IMO unless you ARE going to put a pool table there. Unless you regularly entertain at your house and need a large table/chairs its wasted space to me, glad mine won't have one

 

I say install a tap in every "social" room... bathroom included.

 

Formal dining room = extra room to rebuild motor. Could also be used as a small paint/powdercoating booth. She'd love that AND it would incrase the value of the house tenfold.

House is in Westchase (Sheldon and Linebaugh area) and as for a house warming party, I'm game for one once the house is set up. Right now I'm having a hell of a time finding a decent pool table that doesn't either cost a fortune or look like it belongs in a bordello (clawed legs, leather tassles, all that ugly bullshit).
