Livewire is my work "crack" aside from the caffine provided to me via Diet Coke (at 0 calories). When you sit on your ass for 14.5 hours like I did today, calories count. It helps to counteract the jumbo bag of Combos you just ate. Then you have to chase that with a few gallons of water to kill the salt from the sunflower seeds you've been snacking on. Those have crack in them in addition to the salt factor.
