Woo hoo!!!
Well, I am now the newest mortgage broker in the state of Florida. I'm so happy. I thought I did bad on the test but apparently not. So, if anybody is looking for a home loan shoot me a PM and I'll give you the TOTD(do we even call it that anymore?) discount.

i know you have gorwn up and matured but ever time i see apost for you i think of the time you kicked the tire of the lambo'. To this day i think that is the dumbest and funniest thing i have ever seen anyone do. Good luck on the new job
