my home will be far enough away from all the kiddies that are moving into riverview... Plus I like only taking 25mins to get to work close to downtown... unlike the commute from Riverview...

Must be the blower!!!!!

Seriously though, I can't see it taking much more than 20-30 mins to get to pretty much anywhere from Riverview.

I don't know what roads you're taking, but from Morris Bridge and 54 to downtown has to take 40 minutes, tops. You could do Morris Bridge to I-75 to I-4, but during rush hour, that's gonna be 30-40 minutes. Going SR 54 to I-75 to I-275 is going to be 40-60 minutes.

I was thinking maybe you had a helicopter or something.

He can also get to south St. Pete in 30 minutes via the skyway which is probably quicker than some of you can get there if you live in north St. Pete.

Not to mention Riverview itself is one of the quickest growing areas in the county.
+1

Living in BFE Riverview is way more convenient than living in Carrollwood/Northdale area. Instant access to 75, I-4, and the Crosstown makes getting anywhere easy.
