Grilling recipes for corn?
I have been nominated to be the "grill person" for my neice's bday party.
Looky for tasty recipes for corn. I grill it plain usually in the husk but looking for something a little more exciting. not WAY exotic, just something to add a little life to it.
Also anyone know a good BBQ sauce for chicken other than the norm?

You can soak the corn in sugar water, maybe add some seasoning too.
I have the best bbq sauce, but you can't have it, and you can't buy it without driving 6 hrs north from tampa.

yeah some lawry's or montreal chicken/steak seasoning helps, mix it in with some melted butter and stir up then 'spin' the cob in it and put it on the grille.
also if you grille in the husk, you can maybe shove some spices or something between the kernels and the husk to kind of marinate.

hrm...husk is a definite stay...maybe i will just soak the husk in a mixture of spices and water? Any ideas on that and what kinda spices?
Maybe i will just stick with boring.
