Walter, she's a great person but I am in no way shape or form ready for anything. I told her this. While I will still go out on dates with her there is no way I am settling down with one person at this time. 5 years with one person has left me wanting anything but a commitment...unless I meet someone absolutely spectacular. How are things with Emily? You guys still talk online and whatnot?
I figured that was the way you felt, and that is what I told her when she asked my opinion.

Alan that's why they call them the ex-girfriends. I wouln't worry about your best buddy trying to get with them unless you see a future with her but if not then fuck it. I know you probably have high principals but you can't do anything about it at this time. It feels uncomfortable...but sometimes you can't do anythin...
Last I heard by best buddy down in FL was seen hanging out with my ex, and knowing my friend how he is... He probably tapped it already, It does bother me at some point but once again, I dont' have a future with her so fuck them both...there's 2 less people that I don't have to worry about trusting them...... So sleep fine, enjoy the wine, and lets go to DEJA VU .

Thanks for the words. Still pretty pissed off about the whole thing, but there is shit I can do about it. So just going to take time to get over everything and move on...which is proving tougher than originally thought.
