Had my review/raise on Friday. 5% raise. Bonus structure stays the same.
They are paying to educate me on SPSS, an industry standard statistical analysis program. They look at this as part of my "compensation", and I am happy to accept. Figure I become proficient with the program which will make me in much higher demand, opening up the doors for a nice job later on down the road if things don't work out with Schwartz.
They also gave me a Palm m125 PDA. Pretty basic and doesn't run on the Windows OS, but still pretty nifty.
Overall I guess I am fairly happy. Didn't get the salary I wanted, but being compensated in other ways seems to be making up for it.
