Slowly getting there...
So I checked a scale today, Down 10lbs from about 3 weeks ago...
It's not much, but it's a start.
I've been trying to keep away from most sugars and breaded things, and busting pushups and situps every night im not sore.
Im up to 23 pushups When I started I could barely do 10.
