Honest Opinions Needed

How horrible does this look? I need to create a simple banner advertisement that cannot be more than 10K. I'm pretty limited with what I can and cannot do...plus I'm not a graphical genious, so I am seeking constructive criticism outside my organization. Any feedback, hints, suggestions would be great.

Unfortunately I realize that.

MSN bCentral Traffic Builder limits you to a 468x60 pixel picture with a max file size of 10k. I want to add some more crap (i.e. animation), but it puts me way over the limit.

Same here. I think the whole "money for your opinions" sounds hokey and makes it seem like a scam type of thing. But thats what the boss wants, so thats what she gets.

you'd be surprised at how well they work.

that file doesnt look 468x60 though ?

its clear.. states who you are and what your about.. and appeals to one of the 3 main areas.. sex.. money or food.. it would do well

I couldn't get it that large without going over the file size limit. Crossing my fingers this bCentral thing will do well. I should be spamming the Internet with these banners next week sometime.

Honestly it doesn't do much for me. Granted it's not annoying like many others are but in a sea of banners it's bound to get lost. I'd hit the drawing boards again...
