But if I were Al, I would say that I was the fastest. From now on, I will live vicariously through the black Camaro of Al. That is all.

Al, you've GOT to get that thing sorted out. TRack Day # 7 needs to either be the first 9, or the fastest T56 LS1 pass for you!

Well I'm looking at it this way - Scott ran a 10.9 his forst day at the track on a stock bottom end + heads + intake, etc... on a 66? turbo...

Hopfully I've got a bit less weight than he does with all of the HVAC stuff out of the dash, and everything excess removed from the car - I've got a larger turbo (76) and a c4 with a brake.....

I'm aiming for mid 10's at least, you never know - I'm jinxing myself - but I'm damn sure going to try for an Al inspired low 10!

But don't forget Scott went on the rev limiter from the 1,000 ft. box to the 1,320 box.

Plus launched at 4,000 rpm's and last but not least granny shifted since the new tranny only had about 75 miles on it.

At the next event I will be coming out at 5,000, not using the clutch, and have a new rear gear.
