What about places?
Kaisen on Fletcher and Dale Mabry has my vote but Ichiban across from University Mall isn't too bad either. They make a pretty good Chirashi.

What about the place by peabodies...Sushi Tsu I think it is. I liked it when I went there last. Also I don't think I am allowed back to ichiban since the "incident" a while back with crappy service and the server telling us off and then it kinda escalated from there....
