Sad thing is Tony's right for the most part. AMSCOT does business in low rent areas because thats where their clients are. I couldn't even tell you where an AMSCOT is, but then again, I don't live in the ghetto

Like I said, I associate them with ghetto because thats the only place I've ever seen them. Maybe their business model is similar to Publix, Eckerds, and Walgreens, where they feel the need to flood the market.
