To be a dick or not to be a dick, that is the question.
As most of you know, I parted out my CRX. Some guy named Abe (hybrid hatch) from Ocala wanted the swap. So, we towed it up to Ocala, he paid me. All is well. He plans on buying the shell for 250 bucks. I don't hear from him for over a month. Mysteriously, the front dash and rear interior in black and the rear Si disk swap appear in the for sale forum. Noticing this, I pm him:

yah these are parts off my brothers crx i had my buddy look at the black one he said it was tweaked underneath and had a crack in the frame i had it up at the shop but scrap guys came and hauled it off after someone had through rocks all down the side of the car so it has screwed me out of using the car whatsoever.

So what you're saying is that the car that I still hold the title to was hauled off without my permission and the parts that I planned to sell off of it are scrapped? Interesting. Interesting also that you're selling a black dash and rear interior (basically all that was left out of my car) and a Si rear disk conversion (also on my car). We agreed apon 250 bucks for the shell of the car. Now I have nothing and have had no communication from you when you stated that you would contact me. I have no idea what your plans are in regards to solving this issue. I'm just having a little bit of trouble swallowing the whole "it was hauled away because rocks were thrown at it" story (without the title I might add) while there were still parts on the car worth money. Hopefully you can understand where I am coming from.

Now the REAL question is how much of a dick do I want to be? Do I have a leg to stand on when I call the police after this guy denies everything and report the vehicle stolen? The real dick part is that this guy used his friend's father's shop to dismantle the car and it would screw him over (the owner of the buisness). Hopefully this guy gets the hint that I still have the title and could knock his dick into the dirt. Any opinions?

This is the internet. You're just supposed to talk up whatever you do know as if you're a salesman for it. i.e. I drive a Supra and a Corolla therefore 2JZ is the greatest and so is the 4A and I don't care about anything else because it's all crap since I don't have it.
