Well It finally Happened
After 3 years of driving around with my N1 Exhaust Some Pig Fucking Cocksmuggling Cop gave me a citation for my Exhaust system around the outskirts of USF. This is one of the reason I cant stand the police, because you know if it would of been a Fucking Rustang or Slomaro it would of never happened (no offense to domestic owners but there is a double standard). Funny how the Temple Terrace cops never gave a fuck about my exhaust system and this fag deputy gets a hard on with his power trips. <end rant>

The No Cop Exhaust:
-3" piping (or whatever you need)
-Bullet or straight through mufflers, 1 to 2 for resonators
-Magnaflow or equivalent 3" inlet/oulet straight through muffler
-Hi Temp Black Paint
-Dont use a polished tip or anything
Bolt on. Enjoy.
95% guaranteed to ward off the five-oh. Workin on mine still, but you get the same gains, with probably less sound since the tip is 80mm same as the piping and not 115 or more like n1's and most import style exhausts, so it wont megaphone the noise coming out. and "shiny exhaust" = red flag to cops whether they can hear it or not.
plus you can sell the n1 and make the custom for 1/2 price of aftermarket 400-500$ systems.
if that doesnt work:
stock exhaust + mccord power plate/quicktech/etc electronic cutout before cat works best.
sorry to hear ur luck

I prefer my rusted/painted mild steel "tip". Not like a cop would be attracted to a mini-van looking Focus with a bike rack...but I just prefered the rust to the "bling" look of my former Borla tip.

I shudder to think what my stock exhaust would do to my current power numbers. 1 1/4 piping w/diesel sized muffler would hurt things a bit.
And yes, my muffler was ugly before I "re-ajusted" the hanger a bit. Now it does not offend me as much. Plus, your eye is drawn away from the exhaust pipe and to the bright yellow, Option2 style slant of the "I hate everything" sticker above it.
