Default FS EG Hatch B16/COLD AC

1993 Civic Cx Hatch CLEAN TITLE, NEVER BEEN WRECKED

- Chassis has about 120k miles
- Exterior color is red/maroon, has been repainted at some point before.
- Regular wear and tear on the exterior from being my daily driver
- Hood has a dent, front bumper has few scratches and rock chips
- has OEM front lip, and aftermarket rear duckbill that was also painted with the car.
- OEM headlights and tail lights, and SIR style clear corner lights.
- OEM Honda mudflaps
- other than that, the car exterior wise is pretty much stock.

- Interior
- Black interior
- Full power window and power lock conversion
- Viper alarm
- Tinted windows
- 94-97 integra rear seats
- 92-96 prelude front seats, correctly mounted with all four bolts
- 99 Si EM1 Cluster modded to fit correctly
- Everything interior wise works as it should, glovebox, cup holder, horn, speakers, climate control etc
- only flaws in the interior is the dash had something glued on it before

In The Engine Bay

- JDM B16a SIR2 longblock from Hmotors
- 87k miles
- New OEM Honda timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and thermostat replaced about 5k miles ago
- No smokes, or leaks. Meaning No oil leaks, or coolant leaks. Does not smoke at all through any of the rpms, also does not burn a drop of coolant or oil
- Motor has not been opened up at all! Completely stock motor, has 220 compression across all four cylinders.
- Has Skunk2 first gen intake manifold, AEM fuel rail, Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, H22 throttle body
- Hytech rep header, bought it banged up on the bottom.
- aftermarket mounts
- Alternator was also recently replaced

- 99-00 Civic Si EM1 S4C B16 Transmission
- No grinds, pop outs, or any leaks.
- Does not grind any gear at any rpms
- Spec Stage 3 clutch, Fidanza 7lb flywheel
- New axle seals
- Energy Suspension Shifter bushings
- Gsr Integra dual bend shifter and shift knob
- Axles have been changed it to ones that are in better shape

- Has ICE COLD A/C
- A/C Compressor, dryer, expansion valve, A/C line valves, and relays were recently replaced. Have receipts for A/C compressor, expansion valve, and dryer
- Has HOT heat
- Both radiator and A/C fan works as it did when it came from factory
- Has a minor wire tuck
- only flaws in the engine bay itself is it needs paint

- Suspension
- KYB AGX shocks all around
- Dropzone Coilover sleeves
- Front and rear upper strut bars
- rear lower tie bar
- Lakewood traction bar
- Integra rear disk brake conversion
- Civic Ex front knuckle/big brake upgrade
- 14 Hx wheels

I am sure I am missing more stuff. Theres a lot of little things done to the car that makes it the perfect daily driver.

Only looking to sell the car because I think it is time to upgrade, If I dont get around what I'm asking for it. I dont mind keeping it at all.

The car and motor itself is VERY RELIABLE. I have drove to Gainesville, Orlando, Sarasota, and do a lot of city driving. Never left me stranded.

I can let this car idle for two hours and the temperature will not go past operating temp.

Overall this is a nice car put together, has some luxuries, while having some extra power all in a hatch.

You can email me or contact me through text or calls. I Prefer text but I can accept calls. (727)687-3797

LOCATED SAINT PETERSBURG, no tire kickers, lowballers, part outs, or test drives.

PRICE - $4500 OBO

NO TRADES

Don't like My price, move on. This isn't the car for you

Never knew they're on various places but it does have the HMO stamp beside the engine code.

EDIT - here's a better picture to see the HMO stamp
