have you had the compression tested on the engine? Any unresolved mechanical issues? How does the rest of the interior look?

 

fender benders dont cause rebuilt titles. 75% of the cars value in damage do. What really happened to it?

 

obvious you have no idea about buying and selling cars, part of the passenger front door and fender were damaged. The door was fixed and the fender replaced with oem part.
rebuilt title cars vary from something as small as a door damage to severely damaged which gets rebuilt because the insurance company dont see fit to repair the vehicle, Due to age,condition and location plays a significant role in decisions made also
