Fully built turbo integra need to sell price drop 3500

1996 Acura Integra ls. 123000 on chassis 42000 on rebuilt motor. This car was built by a guy named Honda mike a few years back. This was a friend’s project car until he ran into some money issues and needed to sell it. I bought this a month ago with the plan to finish it but I have found no time to do anything with this. The car was built right and you will see that in person. The car was tuned at 10 psi until hondata crashed and was replaced with Neptune. The new ecu can be tuned to run a few maps and also boost by gear. Without tune she runs ok but with tune she will be a whole lot better. The oil was just changed to mobil one synthetic 10-30 with Lucas oil stabilizer and new ngk v power spark plugs. The interior is nice but needs a vacuum driver seat has a small rip but that’s it. The car has a primed front bumper, a black roof, and a few different white panels, the hatch was replaced because the rear window was cracked and it has spoiler holes but no spoiler. I have the clean title in my hand and am looking for cash. I am looking for offers because I would like to get rid of this immediately because I have to pay for parking at my apartment for additional cars and just don’t have the time like I thought I would. I made a list of what is in it I know there is a lot more but here is what I can remember. Also I do not want to be taking joy rides all day every day I would like serious people.
