I think its due to a bad o2 sensor so ima go back to obd0 sinc ei got a brand new 1 wire and c if that fixes it. its just a matter of unplugging a few plugs and swapping a dizzy and o2, it dosent take long.

Bump, onna work on it today, got another obd1 o2 so mia put that in along with depinnning and repinning to use obd1 dizzy plugs and i got another obd1 dizzy so this thing should run perfect after today, fingers crossed.

Found the problem today, the cheap obd0-obd1 conversion harness is not made correctly as it does not ave a wire going into pin b12 which is the cause for CEL #9 bad cyl pos sensor, started the swap back to obd0 but got rained out. I cant believe no one is jumping on this for 1400$ considering all the parts that are included.
