i have an 89 crx si that i traded a honda civic for. i got the car basically in pieces, none of the trimming was on the interior wasnt all the way in. but ive but most of it together except for the interior. its getting painted as of right now so its gonna have a FRESH coat of paint. the reason im selling the car is because the motor and the head dont go together and its not running right. it runs fine but shifting from first gear into second gives me problems. i just dont have the money to go buy a new motor. thats really the only reason im selling it. all it needs is a new motor. but if anyone wants to buy the car im asking $2k
but im really wanting to trade. i just want something that i can jump in and drive, i dont want to spend any money. i need a car really bad..so please help me out.

it does runs, and i figured out it wasnt the head, its just out of timing.

 

bump what motors in it and was it wrecked

 

its got the d16 motor and no i dont believe so, a kid had this car and used it for an autoshop class as a project and did all the body work him self , its actually getting painted now. it used to have a b16 in it
