Those are S2k seats. There a direct bolt in for our cars. Black interior was a color option for every SC.

Hey are you still interested in trading? I have an '01 Diamond White Pearl IS300 (auto) with only 107k miles (3rd owner, bought it at 73k miles and maintained it myself as I am very mechanically inclined), with coils, sways, GTE headgasket and ARP headstuds, on top of a new fresh head. Also has full exhaust (discontinued rare XERD headers and Y-pipe bolted to Greddy Spectrum Elite, $700 alone on this exhaust set up, and still have full stock exhaust if you want) I've invested my own time and money into this baby, and the exterior and interior are extremely nice for the age. I get compliments all day on the car. PM me.

Also, mine is clean title and I have never gotten into an accident with it. The back bumper does have a bit of unnoticeable fading (I'm pretty anal about this kind of stuff), but hey this car is now 12 years old.
