clean is when a car looks presentable. Nice paint and maybe a wash and wax every once in a while

ok, so the only parts of the car that arnt "clean" are the front bumper, and the rear hatch, and thats stopping you? from buying a motor thats built to handle a shit ton of horsepower, from a reputable shop, that cost over 9k?
