1996 Acura 3.2 tl Premium FT/FS 18's rebuilt motor and tranny




Ok guys I just got a new job and i have to drive a shit load and I need something a little more fuel efficient.
My car is a 96 (1st year) 3.2 TL Premium Package. Auto tranny, sunroof, power everything, heated leather seats, 18" Enkei wheels with good rubber, plenty of power, great touring car/hwy crusier.
Pros:
Clean Title
Clean Carpets, dash, trim
According to previous owner, rebuilt engine and tranny w/shift kit. I have no paperwork but everything including belts, timing belt, fuel system, everything visible seems to be brand new and it runs perfect, tranny shifts a little hard due to the shift kit but it shifts everytime and doesnt slip.
Premium Package with power everything, Automatic climate control blows ice cold, PW, Sunroof, PL, heated seats work.
Nice Enkei 18"ls/s5 wheels, in great shape.
Exhaust tip looks good and sounds nice (deep)
Newer brakes
brand new battery from Autozone w/ warranty
This car is widely regarded as the most reliable car Honda ever built, do your research this is a bulletproof drivetrain.
Cons:
Cluster Shows 279k. ODO Doesnt work
Tearing in front seats, (rears are perfect)
Front bumper is jacked up, got it that way
Needs upper control arms in front.
Paint on roof, trunk, and hood faded, sanded down and primed but never painted it.
Outside Door handles are broken 3 of 4, common on these cars, but the all work and can be opened.
Cruise Control doesnt work?
Traction Control isnt functioning and causing a CEL.

I know this thing isnt worth too much and it has its issues, im trying to be a honest as possible about it, its a great base for someone to put some work into and it runs like a top everywhere you want to go. The MPG isnt terrible but its not good for stop and go use like Im now doing.

Cash Price is 3000
Trade offers need to have a/c and be clean/cleanish. I dont care about paint fade or a dirty interior, I can fix that, but must be reliable and 4 seats. Civics, Accords, Preludes, Coupes, hatches, Sedans, I dont care, NO BIKES and no EF's.
