I decided to sell my 99 Ford F250 xlt super duty super cab. The truck has the 7.3l turbo diesel. New trans only has 50k miles on it. New shocks, break rotors, break pads, steering shaft replaced less than 10k miles ago, as well as new fuel filter and transmission serviced. oil change and serpentine belt being done as I type this (01/18/2011). Has very nice dry cell batteries. I bought this truck only 2 weeks ago and decided its way more than I need for a daily driver. I would probably do better with a 1500 series truck. The biggest thing I tow is my jetski and I have seen Honda civics that do that. Truck is an xlt so it has power windows, power locks, cruise, tow package, auto, 2wd. Truck has a few extras, 3 truck boxes, step rails, bed liner, trailer brake computer, 5 level programmable ecu with in cab adjustable settings for mileage, towing, regular driving, racing, and extreme conditions. Truck has an aftermarket chrome grill, mud flaps, rubber floor mats and limo tint that dresses it up a little. Truck also has Cold air intake to help with gas mileage, does about 20mpg regular driving. A/c and heat work perfect, radio is perfect. I am the 3rd owner. The 1st owner owned a concrete company and used the truck mostly to go from sight to sight personally, used for light towing. The second owner had a tree removal company, he used this truck to pull a box trailer with tree limbs in it or his industrial chipper. Tires have about 75% left. It was a work truck so it has its share of dings and scratches but not as bad as many I have seen. Interior is in really good shape besides the center console this is functional but ripped badly. The seats have had seat covers over them since mile 1 and show it, no rips or tears in them, I plan to detail the interior tomorrow so it will be even better than it already is. Truck has 306k on the motor. Runs very strong, just drove it back from Sanford to Tarpon springs about 2 and a half hours with absolutely no issues. Selling for 6750obo thats over $1500.000 below book value so you’re getting all the extras for free (over a $2k value). Will also consider trades, open to anything really, I would like a 4x4 1500 gas truck, jeep wrangler, or a 2wd truck plus a 4 wheeler, but my girlfriend also needs a new car so If you have something else let me know and I might just let her drive it and take her truck.
