FS/FT: Caprice on 22s

i finally found my tittle for my chevy and im tired of seeing it sit in my garage. so its up for sale or trade.

i had 24s on it last year but i did not like all the rubbing when i turned and i hate the look of the jacked up look..i just wanted a simple but clean look
