I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS, Electric Blue, manual 5sp, for sale or trade. I do not have to sell this car, I do not really want to sell this car, but I was just involved in a motorcycle crash, and I am a full time college student who barely gets any hours at work, so I really need the money to pay for school, medical bills, and to fix my motorcycle.

The car has just a bit over 40k miles. Oil has been changed every 3,000 miles, sometimes less, with only Mobil 1 full synthetic oil, and a brand new filter each time, either K&N or Mobil 1. The car calls for 5w-20, but since the turbo it has been getting 10w-30. There are a couple small nicks on the rear fenders, and a small dent on the left rear door (i was running to my car in the pouring rain and my knee hit the door). The front bumper has been "blacked-out", the third brake light has been tinted, the rear reflectors in the bumper have been tinted, and the side indicators have been tinted.

Mods:
Evo X stock turbo, ported and polished
-10an SS braided oil return line to welded bung in oil pan
custom manifold, heat wrapped
custom downpipe with open WG dump, heat wrapped
custom intercooler and IC piping
intercooler has been blacked out for stealth look
Evo X stock injectors (~580-600cc)
K&N filter with 3" intake
battery relocated to trunk, with covered fuse box under hood
Forge UNOS MBC
Forge wastegate with 5-10 lb spring (set at about 5.5 psi)
Forge recirculating blow-off valve
SunPro boost/vacuum gauge
AEM UEGO wideband
Prosport oil pressure gauge and oil filter sandwich adapter
Apex'i Turbo Timer (the "pen" style one, black)
custom made A-pillar for 2 gauges, other gauge mounted on top of cluster, one more spot for another gauge on top of cluster
QTP electronic 3" cutout right after the downpipe (no CAT installed, but still have it) with switch in center console
after the cutout, bone stock exhaust
custom torque damper
ACT MR1-HDG6 clutch kit: stage 3 race disk, 6-puck sprung


Other mods:
FatMat in the entire trunk, except for the lid
FatMat on all doors
FatMat under back seat
Pioneer DEH-P7900BT with 3.5" AUX-in mounted in center console
Will include a brand new Hifonics 12" subwoofer in a custom sealed box, built to spec and to fit exactly in the Lancer's trunk. (no amp because I never got the money for one, but I can include all wiring for an amp)
DDM tuning 10k HIDs (low beams)
since its a GTS, has OEM fog lights
custom made rear strut tower bar
custom short shifter
Avital 2100 alarm
T.M.A. 6.5" speakers all around - components in front, coax in rear


the not so good:
hole in drivers floor mat (if it really matters, ill buy you a new one)
small scratches from 3 years of daily driving and whatnot
needs front pads and rotors (if you would like, I can install all new rotors and pads all around the car, I was planning on it anyways)
some white rust-o-leum paint that drifted onto the hood when painting something (can only see it in the right light)
small scratch on trunk lid from removing the badges
small nicks on hood, again from 3 years of daily driving
will need new front tires soon, but tires on back are still excellent

The car runs great overall, and the funny thing is, everyone thinks its an Evo. I will get more pics tomorrow if I feel alright, and I can take request pics if you are interested in seeing anything. I also have basically every single stock part to put the car back to full stock (even the radio) except for the shifter and maybe some other small things.

As far as trades, I am just looking to make money on this deal. I was looking for something like an older bone stock civic, corolla, etc., something small and a gas saver with no problems, with cash on top. Prefer auto or manual, seeing as I have a broken leg. Preferably, trade would be worth no more than $3k.

Im asking something like $11-12k OBO. It may be high, but thats why it is OBO. Shoot me any offers, trades, etc., but I will not straight trade, you have to give some cash on top of a trade.

Its a recirc setup, Jestr recommended it to make it run better. My Audi (as well as everything VW makes with a turbo) does the same thing.

i normally dont like lancers but i have to say hat this is an exception. good job. i hope you can sell it for your buddy. BUMP!
