Im looking to sell or my H22 accord.

It's not the prettiest car in the world, but it'll suprise you. i slammed the fuck out of it on some 16x8 +15 sportmax's. went as low as physically possible without cutting some of the front strut tower.






right now it about an inch higher than that with some gunmetal 17's on it. has 10mm spacers in the rear and the bumper is the same style but white without foglights. side skirts are gone and rear lip is in the garage.

i have an extra armrest, front upper control arms, front lower ball joints, 9091 tails, tan interior pieces, an H23a1 incomplete short block, H22 oil pan and probably a bunch of other parts im forgetting.

the bad:
if your gonna go the direction i was, you'll need rear toe arms, camber kits, and some imagination.

the rear quarters were rolled and it turned out well. if you put a weak offset wheel on it'll look like its wearing a dress.

the roll on the front wasn't so graceful so the the fenders are a little beat up.

the power steering is all there and works. just doesn't have a belt on it.
the alternator/compressor belt squeals when you first start it. i was gonna put antoher one on but im too lazy. i would rather adjust the suspension. a/c is all present. just had a leak somewhere so fix the leak and recharge it. it never bothered me to ride with the windows open.


it needs a new switch for the headlight/turn signal. the headlights and taillights work but no blinkers. hazards do work. i verified it was the switch by getting another from a junk yard. that fixed the blinkers but the headlights wouldn't shut off.

and the car has an exhaust leak. i think it sounds cooler that way but some people might not.



all in all. i would drive this car anywhere. i still drive it from time to time but i've reached the limit of my abilities with it. what i want to do to it as a big project is beyond my current prowess so im taking a step to the side with a different project. i've driven this to and from tampa multiple times. across the state to west palm beach without a hiccup. starts right up. runs and drives perfect. shifts smooth. has an alarm/keyless entry. all of the windows work as well as the sunroof. that also doesn't leak.

the motor was purchased from a jdm engine importer with ~60k in it. It is a true, manual H22a. thats 10.6:1 compression and a crank hp rating of around 200. Not your girly H22a1 10:1 compression with mild cams.

ive put 10-15k miles on it in the past year or so with no problems. never overheats. idles perfect. its just a little dirty. doesn't leak or burn any oil which is something these engine are notorious for. doesn't smoke either. i also have paper work on the engine. the water pump, timing belt, manual belt tensioner swap(the autos have been known to fail), oil pump and clutch were replaced when the engine was put in in october of 08. only around 10-15k miles on it.

as far as it stands, the car is pretty damn fast for a stock motor swap. anyone who has driven in it with me will attest to it and ill even take you for a ride. i've beaten built ZC da integras, pulled in stock G35 coupes from a roll, and pulled on an SR20 s13 coupe with a T28 (partly because mike was being a vagina and was scared) I ran a 15.5 1/4 mile with this car on shitty street tires and no experience before i started really fine tuning it. with an H22a LSD transmission you could easily run high 14's and with just a dyno tune and some drag radials possibly low 14's. assuming you know how to drive.

clean FL title in hand. these cars go for 2-2.5k in clean shape completely stock. i think its fair to ask $3k obo for it. your not buying someone's incomplete half assed project. This is my baby. this car is mecanically finished. it'll run and drive forever with simple maintenance like any other honda.

all you need to do is figure out your wheel/tire setup. get camber kits. and get aligned and your set to go.

again $2500 obo. dont be afraid to make an offer. im try my best to work something out..
