96 Civic EX
the car: 96 Civic EX coupe: stock d16y8 engine, stock trans, 134k and counting, power windows, power sunroof, power mirrors, keyless entry, cruise control, tilt wheel and more. car runs great and has super cold a/c.
i bought this less than a year ago from Poon on here. when i got it it had no wheels, a/c didn't work, cruise control didn't work, passenger window didn't work and the muffler was rotted out.
i have since put HX wheels and new tires on it, ebay N1 cat back exhaust, new passenger window regulator, a/c compressor, a/c high side line, plastic plugs for clutch pedal and brake pedal, new clutch master and slave cylinders. i changed the trans fluid with honda mtl and also did a 4-wheel alignment. all this was done the first week i bought the car (less than a year ago). the car rides smooth, a/c blows ice cold (and never needed to be recharged in the last year-ish) and get's 32 mpg.
i have also replaced the radiator with a 99 si one and heater hoses and upper and lower radiator hoses. i also installed a trailer hitch. i did the install myself and soldered in the trailer light connector so no shorts or anything else would happen. i only used the trailer hitch once to tow my dirt bike to Ocala and back.
the only reason i'm selling this car is for a fatter bank account. i had a kid and wanted something with 4 doors so i bought a Jeep Cherokee and now i just drive the Civic to work and back. i don't need to sell this car but more money in the bank never hurts so please don't low ball me. i'm asking $3000.... i paid $2500 for it and then did all those repairs. only thing the car needs now is a paint job.
