Car didn’t start good before put new main relay in (z fever did it)

Ok you drive the car all gears work and shift really good and perfect. After driving a while 2nd begins to grind, only 2nd…. It still works good just grinds into it, after you turn off and car rests 2nd doesn’t grind until driven for a while.. Idk its weird but all gears work fine its my daily all gears work
Rear main seal leaks, nothing TO serious just keep an eye on oil
