FS: JDM BB6 Type-s cheap!

Hi TR, I'm Looking to sell My 1998 Prelude, I recently had this car for trade but I ended up buying another car, so now I need to get rid of this one. It is currently parked and the tag is off, so if you want to see it you have to come to Ocala. PRICE DROP $4600!!(no trades).
As for The car:
-1998 Black Prelude
-Body miles are unknown
-Less than 60K on tranny (smooth shifting no grinds)
-Less than 85k on swapped H22a
-AC, PS, PW, PL, and full interior
Exterior: 7/10
-Paint still shines, no fading, minor dings an scratch
-Depo Projo headlights 6k hid
-JDM fogs 6k hid
-Level blue convex mirrors
-Windows 20% all around
Engine:
-JDM H22a
-Harmonic Balance delete
-Explicit speed header
-intake w/ K&N filter
-Skunk2 exaust cat-back
-STR cam gears
-AEM TRU Power pullies
-chipped/tuned ecu 189whp (240hp@motor) 89 octane (John Vega)
-AEM FPR
-Battery relocated to trunk
-AEM fuel rail
-ZEX Fuel pump
Interior: 9/10
-JDM gauge cluster
-JDM center console
-Blk/w Red stitch leather arm rest/shift boot/ebrake
-Limited dashboard gauge cluster (similar to sti)
-CF dash trim kit
-Greddy Trust shift knob
Suspention:
-KYB AGX shocks
-RS*R Springs about 3" drop
-ST F/R sway bar
-DC sport lower tie bar
-no name front strut bar
Wheels: This will come with 3 sets of wheels

For an extra $1000, I will also throw in a turbo kit I have been piecing together:
-Turbonetics t3/t4 .58 0miles on rebuild (Charlie Brown@ evergreen turbo)
-SP tubular type mani

-Greddy RS BOV
-Tial 38mm WG
-steel braided oil lines
-ARP head studs
-I also have a second H22a shortblock I was planning on building
