sup guys, it's that time, im getting older, and my pockets are getting deeper. time to convert to the darkside and i'd like to sell my baby for a down payment on my new honda fit sport. iv'e had this car for 3 years, encountered alot of great people,friends,places and memorable moments.
i initially bought it as a bone stock sitter at a 240sx specialized dealer out in plant city, i had the intentions of simply a motor swap and simply restoring her to oem spec. ( there is a thread from i 2006 in the general car section of my initial restoration, ill post a link later)

mods list to- date: ohh god

ENGINE:
-KA24DE 5speed approx. 130k all fluids, hoses, spark plugs, distributor etc etc where replaced. the motor swap was done/inspected/wired(amazingly)/troubleshooted ( he put alot of heart and soul into every build) by Art meyer a well known and respected builder/enthusiast of this board and his at the time custom shop RCCUSTOMZ a list of people will vouch.
-dual cam guage cluster
-dual cam ps lines etc.
- replaced main ps hose at swap
- s14 upper intake manifold was installed at the time of the swap due to better flowing efficency.
- full emissions delete( the correct way)
- ive strictly ran ROTELLA T 15-40w for over 2 years with amazing success and only purolator gold filters, i change my oil regularly every 2000 miles and sometimes earlier after "hard" driving(i.e. long distances, and the farthest distance iv'e ever driven has been to ocala and back, 200miles)
my oil is clean and excelent, whomever purchases the car will recieve a complementary oil service by me.
- iv'e only ran lucas ps fluid and prestone brake fluid.
- new brake, clutch, and resoviors/master cylinders was installed during the swap( 2 years)
- single electric 16" perfect fitting fan with wired relay wired to the aux(first click of the key) so you can run the fan with the motor off.
-new radiator 1 year old , and recent fluid flush (3 months ago) has been performed ( i run either a 1/2 self made mix (winter time only) by myself or strictly distilled water and water wetter)
- most of the hoses in the swap and engine bay are only 1-2 years old. all replaced during and after the swap.
- new water pump ( 3 months old)
-dist cap, wires, are all 2 years old.
- lifetime filter(spectre) with maf adapter and awesome condition maf ( im throwing in 2 spare SOHC/SR mafs i was saving)
- new battery ( half of a year old)
- New starter ( 4 months old)
- New clutch kit with lifetime warranty.
- new fuel pump ( installed 4 months ago)

chasis/suspension:
- F & R coilovers running a mixed setup due to better results for a overall setup ( megan front, JIC rear) i felt the megan rears where inadequate, the JIC's are far superior.
- s14 full oem 5 lug including the s14 uprights in the front.
- new pads,rotors(Rear) front are still in great shape and replaced in late 2009
- 1 year old brake hoses
- full energy suspension polyeurethene bushing master kit ( front fully installed) rear has only the sway bars and misc, i am including the rest of the kit still brand new in box, just never had the time to do the labor. the swap of these was performed mid 09
-new tie rod ends
- megan racing RUCA's, minimal camber dialed in.pillowball mounts
- 1 year old sway bar endlinks ( front)
- calipers where replaced with new ones during initial restoration process 2 years ago, since then, not a single problem.
- no name front strut bar

EXHAUST:
- real apex'i dual n1 ( purchased and installed last month):0



Clearance is great over speed bumps, dips, etc. even with low exhaust.

INTERIOR:
in great shape 8 out of ten, dash has two small cracks on the cluster bulster area
- new upper lower rubber shift boot and etc.
- cleanest stock wheel ive ever seen
- burberry leather shift boot
- killians irish red custom shift knob
- cleanest stock shift knob ive ever seen
- 1 month old kennwood headunit with ipod/mp3/usb/ blah blah blah and remote
- rockford wiring for a sub all that needs to happen is hook one up
- pioneer speakers
- reupholstered glove box and headliner in red paisley with supplied extra material for the door panels that have yet to be done.
- everything is all black and pretty good. couple of small holes in the seats and the usual driver side side tear. SOHC BUCKET SEATS WAYY BETTER THAN DOHC 2 PIECE JUNK.

EXTERIOR:

- oem chuki side skirts
- true original factory body panels
- factory pignose lip ( small crack, has been repaired)
-tinted all red tailights and black center garnish with sticker ( $low and Low) made by myself online.
- paint is awesome shape for being 4 years old. clear coat is shiny as hell but pealing on the rear bumper and a small spot on the hatch. only other paint blemish is the passanger headlight cover .
- new headlight bulbs
- tailights have been reasealed to ensure leak protection
- oem new clips for hatch carpet piece




things included seperate(not installed) in the sale:

- megan racing new downpipe with flex section
- new FLCA's with ball joints pressed out and waiting for new bushing and balls.
- stock ruca's in great condition
-spare set of glass rearview mirrors

- extra red paisley mater for the door panels and etc, the glove box, headliner have been recovered in this material.

-shit ton of misc bolts, nuts, screws, the works from the car and junkyard.
- aftermarket rear strut bar
- stock S14 SE wheels with good tires
- 1 4 lug spare tire.

trans and differential fluid have both been serviced. trand was done last month with a new clutch and etc using redline mt-90 fluid, the diff was done a year ago with snyth fluid. no grinds in either.

car was babied by myself for 3 years straight as it was my dream car i worked so hard for. i took nothing but the best care of her and it's breaking my heart to sell it, but unfortunatley as reality settles in and i age im moving forward in my career and have only the time to maitnence the car and not drive it enough. i only wish the best for the new owner and hope she continues forward in her journey towards greatness.

PRICE : $4,000 us american dollars FIRM , i am in no rush as i will not purchase my new car till this one sells for my downpayment. i am not strapped for cash and ride my bicycle daily to work and school.

i will provide all reciepts with the tremendous amount of warranties i have on countless parts for this vehicle ( starter, master, battery) i also have reciepts from the motor swap purchase, swap itself( parts and labor), etc.
