this car is clean as hell id buy it right now but the car is only valued at $11,500 i don't think the banks could even approve a loan at 13k cuz they go by the NADA and KBB crap. let me know what your willing to budge on it. otherwise someone with that kind of $$ laying around the house will have to buy it i guess
