Maybe a big factor in stevens car is by whom it was built by...& no its wasn't cft....& it deff wasnt stevens fault the second time, motor was broken in as should.

true true, also on evos when u rebuild them, u should change the oil cooler! all the shavings end up in there as well!

 

tru tru but Sry if i spent 6k On a longblock & that shit spun a bearing & it was broken in correctly Id take it back drop it in who evers yard that built it & demand my money back...the motor was full blue printed & balenced...But thats just my way of looking at it.

Id never own a Evo anyways tehehe Rather have a Sti for the Tq.

the revised 7 bolts dont crank walk and i spent 2500 on the block you forgot that i got a brand new built mivec head and a stage 4 shep trans for under 6

 

but still.... way to go on using a reconditioned/used crank on such a "GREAT" build.....
