I've got a clean neon that i'll sell yah for 2k. It's fully rebuilt about 40k miles ago (all reciepts in hand from new). It's a 97, clean car, needs a new passenger control arm, and some paint. The only other problem with it is that it's a Chrysler product, haha. It's reliable, and pretty strong. It's no race car by any means, but it's dependable, and well taken care of. You won't find another car on TR with as many records as what i've got, or as well taken care of as mine. I won't lie and tell you that it's been granny driven, because we all know anyone on here that says that is full of it, but I will tell you that it's got tons of life in it. No leaks, no problems, just reliable 30mpg 5spd neon.
