FT: E36 BMW 325is *UPDATE*

Im looking to trade my 93 bmw 325is. i got it as a interior project but i want to get my mr2 done and if i keep this i will keep wanting to do stuff to it and need something i wont put alot of money into. looking for something decently cleanish that looks good but doesnt need alot done. i dont really need to get rid of this car but i will keep putting money into it if i keep it. now onto the car. i got it with the door panels off and the material taken off already and the headlinner was taken off. i am currently fiberglassing the door panels to fit a 6 1/2 inch speaker. it is power everything with heated seats and sunroof. 2nd gear grinds if you go into it fast but those trannys are a dime a dozen. m3 suspenion and exhaust ,factory lsd, ebay strut tower bar ,k&n intake filter and. This motor is strong and pulls hard.
the bad:
-interior work
-rear bushings
-brake rotors (glazed)
-possible trans flush to fix grind
-could use paint
-sunroof tracks need to be greased
that is everything to the best of my knowledge that it needs
