did I read the first post right? said this car has gone 9's in the 1/4 mile? interested in an 87 300zx n/a 5-speed?

 

Believe he said the transmission has gone 9's.

I don't think the car came along for the ride.

 

oh got it. I was going to say, damn we've all been missing the boat on a cheap effective combo lol

 

yea the tranny i got from a guy that had used it to go 9's. so it what i was trying to say about the tranny is that if some one was to fix the 2nd gear syncro the tranny should hold up if you treat it nicely.....
