I am still interested,but am not going to pay close to retail on a used car. I looked it up on KBB and I am willing to purchase it for the 'good condition, trade in value'.

um... im looking to sell on the street which is called a "private party sale"... Trade in value is what the vehicle is worth to a dealer, aka a wholesale price. Private Party "good" condition is $4900 bucks per KBB, im asking $4500... You are not paying retail, retail is if a dealer was to buy the car, recondition the vehicle, possibly back it with a warranty etc, advertise it and then turn a profit. If you are looking to "only" pay trade in value/wholesale value you better get yourself a dealers license.
