07 Viva Phantom R4I 4 stroke scooter 150cc with 2200 miles on it. Its blue and silver the seat has a very small tare in it. Top speed on this thing is around 75 depending on rider weight. the tires brand new. it has an alarm, fully street legal. Has some sort of chip in it and k&n air filter, new spark plugs, aftermarket exhaust. with the chip,filter,exhaust scooter is 175cc is what i was told by the guy i got it from
