i have a 96 black eclipse with a blown motor. The timing belt snapped going 40 in 4th gear so i don't know what damage is done but i'll bet you need to just rebuild the motor with a valve job. i've seen rebuilt kits for 300 on ebay and through mechanic shops for 500. so not that bad. i'm not gonna sell the car with the rims but the car does have black racing seats and a 3in. exhaust from the catback. The exhaust in an apexi N1. sounds real nice and low, not ricey in any way, even in high RPMs. The rear bumper does have a crack but everyone wants a 97 conversion with the bumpers so not a big deal in my book. The gause cluster doesn't have an RPM gauge for some reason, i don't know why considering the car is a 5 speed, but you can get them from a junkyard for 15 bucks. The ac lines have a leak, but worked when i first got the car for about two days so i'm sure thats the problem. has two sets of taillights for the car, neither one of them are the stock ones tho.. The outside driver door handle is broke, i don't know what it is with door handles on eclipses but the break to much. the tint is ugly but thats another simple fix. will include a roll of 20% tint if you want it to redo it yourself. the car does have four clips on the trunk from a wing that was on the car. not my style so i took it off, will also include in sale. interior isn't to bad, pretty clean for the year i guess, i'd say 7 out of 10. the car had red highlights in the car that were poorly done so i repainted them black, better but not perfect, just have to spend more time on them, another simple 2 dollar fix. any questions just text me @ 813-507-9821 or email me @ jdm1990@live.com. i'm online as much as i can be but texting would be a quicker way tog et ahold of me, anytime would be fine. need it gone soon cause i'm moving and don't wanna tow the car to my new house. thnx.


you would have to bring some steelies or your own rims to have the car towed tho, i have one but thats it. if you can pick the at a junkyard i'll take it away from the price.
