I honestly have about 40k invested in this car in the past 8 years. This car was in Hot Compact & Imports in the November 2004 edition. I am getting older, just got married, and am having a baby in January and she is demanding I get it out of the garage.

There are some downsides....this car IS NOT running....it needs a bottom end and a type R oil pump or something capable of running the same or higher pressure. Long story short my wife was driving me home and the oil pump went out and it only took about 5 miles and then it was too late. I threw a rod. Already had the entire head pulled off and evaluated and there is no head damage.

I found the same b18b1 for 300 in the area, the oil pump about another 150-200 and that is it outside of the labor. The tune on this car is from inline pro in Maryland.....one of the best tuners on the east coast.....

Call me if you are interested in the Civic. I KNOW this car is not running. Im tempted to tear it apart and sell all of the parts but I would really like to see this car fixed and in one piece to someone in the area. Call me if you want to make a reasonable offer on this Civic.
