why is there a lean? do you still owe money? theres really no point in selling a perfectly good vehicle because it has a lean, you can have a lien removed... call your local courthouse or DMV, theyll give you all the info, and then you can keep your car...

sounds like the repo guy is on his way and you want fast cash? it may be registered and insured(doesnt mean much) but its probally not titled in your name? therefore it can be considered"stolen" after time and whoever buys it can never actually own it unless they pay off whatever you owe. BUT besides all that bs id love yo have it lol..but titled modded clean srt-4 are going cleap now i have been seeing them go for 7-8k on a regular basis so i wounder what its worth as a whole in this situation....

 

the car is actually titled in my name cause i had the title in my hands with my name on it before but i do still owe money on it and thats why im selling it for parts only its not being sold for someone to resgister it and drive it around is being sold for someone that wants to swap everthing to another car and drive the other car... and thats why i put it there for parts only, no title..
