where are you located and is the car still obd2..is it1 pieces engine harness that run to the ecu..because you mention it comes with obd1 vtec harness..im very intest lmk..

 

Thanks guys, yes the whole car has been converted to obd1 even under the dash, it will also come with a virgin p28.

 

did you change the air box's to 99-00 too?
