you can wire the vtec yourself is so easy a caveman can do it http://www.phearable.net/tech/wiring/wiring.92-95.jpg the vtec solenoid (green/yellow wire)run it to a4 and the vtec pressure swith has two wires the black one to a ground and the blue one to d6,just 2 wires to the ecu one to a ground

If I was close to you Ill fix it cause I just like to mess with crappy harness and make it work, but just run those two wire to the ecu and ground the other one, and if the vehicle speed sensor is not working that will cause the vtec not to work also.

 

really didnt know that lol and yea speed sensors works ima go try it later is there wires i need to buy

 

use a blue wire straight from the oil pressure switch to the pin out d6 on the ecu(use the pins from a old ecu plug from a junk yard) that plug has a black wire splice another black piece off wire and bolt it to the thermostat housing with the other grounds,the vtec solenoid splice another wire and run straight to the ec pin out a6 on the ecu do 1 AT A TIME IS EASIER.

I am going to come out and check this car out in person. But you told me the title is in the guys name who sold it to you. and you donot have any keys for it? and 2nd grinds and its missing a head lite houseing. There is just a few things you left out of your sale. you should put them in so people dont drive out of there way to be dissapointed. Hit me up if you dont trade it today.
