so why dont you have the title? and why does it says starting disabled do to security system? what does the micro chip have to do with the key its self? why dont you have the actual key?

 

i got the car a few months ago when i had a suspended DL. and could not get the car registered in my name well in the few months i lost the title and i cant find the mark guy any where so i gave up on it i did have the title at 1 time lol

now the key thing it called the vats system look it up
dont matter if the key turns it on or not if the chip in the key is bad the system will disable the car

 

try resetting the battery....does it have a head gasket problem?
