nop!... clean title.... i live in georgia at the moment... i went to the dmv n state patrol n they told me that as long as everything worked (as far as headlights, turn, etc.) there was nothing they could do about it.... n i take the car to orlando all the time n got pulled over n nothing.... car has full coverage right now as we speak.... so idk y people always say they have rebuilt titles...maybe its a FL thing....
