FS: 2006 GTO-Low Miles-6 speed-Tampa

I'll start this thread off with I am still overseas at the moment and will be returning around the 10th of Feb. next month. I wanted to get a jump start on this for any potential intrested buyers. Once I return home the car will be up for immediate sale.
2006 Impulse Blue GTO w/6 speed trans. (Title in Hand)
I am not sure of the exact mileage but there is about 8,000 miles on it. The car has been kept under a cover in indoor storage the entire time it was not in use. I only took it out a couple weeks at a time when I came home for visits. The car has never seen the track and was babied when I drove it around. Oil changes were done at probaly 1000-1500 miles everytime becuase I always changed the oil taking it out of storage and before it was put back into storage, I always used amsoil for these changes.
I will be returning it back to stock as much as I can before the sale. The ONLY items that will be sold with the car that are not stock are as follows....
1 3/4" Kooks LT headers(Probaly be going back to stock)
Kooks catted mids(Probaly going back to stock)
Pedders Street II suspension kit
Exhaust- SLP piping with Flowmaster super 44's welded in and FM 4 1/2" tips.(Will probaly be going back to stock)
MSD cables
Motor mounts
Ported intake manifold (by ls2portworks)
Ported and polished TB (by ls2portworks)
3.91 gears w/spring tuning kit (these only have maybe 1500 miles on them)(Probaly going back to stock)
Dyno tuned (by Formato)(Going back to stock tune if other parts are put back to stock)
Gravana carbon fiber hood
Chrome bulbs in front and rear turn signals
6k HID's in lows and fogs
Tint
The main 4 interior speakers have been changed out with kicker speakers.
All parts were instsalled by PMFL so you know the work was done right. Gears were broken in correctly also.
PRICE : $23,500 I will consider offers
Adjusted price if listed parts are put back to stock : $21,500
Here are some pics of the car. They will show some mods in them that will NOT be sold with the car. If it is'nt in the list above, it will be replaced with stock parts BEFORE the sale. Wheels will be replace with stock 17's, the tires on them are still at 100% tread and the wheels are in perfect condition. I will have more detailed pics once I return home.
