Yes, the original engine threw a rod. I replaced it with a salvage yard engine that had 24,000 miles on it. i have put a thousand miles on it since the swap with no problems.

I guess a Non-turbo Subaru is not very desirable? The WRX hood fools everybody....all the attention of a WRX, but without all that dangerous power.
