it was on a switch because the guy i bought it from didnt have it connected at all so i did a quick temporary fix
its not anymore
and all those wires were from the past owner as well he had a converter for his system in the front for some reason which i still havent figured out and a few neons like in the door speakers and the passenger side under the dash and under the car on the driver side. but they arent hooked up anymore

LOL.... looks like we have a Civic that needs to be gutted and completely re-done 
If you DO decide to keep it, the FIRST thing you should do is get rid of the fucking neon
Seriously though, you need to find out where those wires are from, where they go, and whether or not you're dealing with any bare ends. If you've got bare wire dangling, you could end up shorting our your entire electrical system and that isn't a good thing. It looks like whoever you got it from did a serious hack-up rice job on that poor thing. Just be careful with it, and before you go hunting for wires disconnect the battery!!!!!
