Bump, I use to have the same year GMC sonoma. Same everything. Good truck, also strong as hell for a 4cyl, I towed a old ass GMC 6x6 with a Ice Cream Freezer in the back that was full to the top with shit loads of ice cream. *I don't know how much it weighed for the life of me, what I do remember is I got a ticket one time driving the truck for being over the weigh limit on the road* It towed it 30+ miles without any struggle. Also it did that tow with over 190K on the odo. Also the only prob I did have with it was changing the clutch after that tow. Everything was fine motor wise, the guy that bought it is still running the same engine with no over haul and he says it has 270,000 on it now!
So again I bump for a very good truck. Wish I had the money, but any money I did save gets wasted in my 5.7L GMC 1500
