ok i do have a loan out on my car i owe around 8GRAND i want to give someone my car and loan for there car doesnt have to be in great condition i just want to get out of payments and get a beater..thank you

put the remaining balance on a low interest credit card so you can get the title. once you have the title it will sell quicker and you can pay off your credit card.

i cant see someone jumping in a 8 year old car with no title in hand and $8k still owed on it
