That dosen;t make sense ? If you have a ill of sale why cain;t you file for a lost title ? is it a repo or salvage title ? was that the problem ?

 

The car is still in the name of the person that sold it to me so only that person and file for a stolen title or get a new one the easiest way to get a title is to get a salvage title for the car
